When it’s hot:  Based on NWMLS data, my listings sell on average 300% faster and for 10% more money than the average Seattle listing. I also have proven strategies for getting my buyers the edge in bidding wars—often without being the highest offer. When it’s not:  Representing sellers in the downward-sliding markets of 2007 to 2009, my average listing sold 260% faster than the average Seattle listing (18 vs. 47 days), for 101.5% of the asking price (compared to the market average of 93% of the asking price). So it is about the results. But it’s also about how we achieve them.

Lifestyle transitions can also trigger a wide range of emotions, from fear of change and the sorrow of parting with the familiar, to the fresh excitement of new beginnings and the relief of lightening the load. I bring an acute sensitivity to the specialized needs, concerns and circumstances of seniors as you navigate this stage of life.
