But consistent messaging that heavily featured what made the unit special, combined with digital advertising to boost the "eyeball count" on the listing beyond the traditional means, resulted in success: We sold the unit full price with the second-home furnishings included...to another pied-à-terre buyer. And our sellers were able to liberate their capital and move on to pursue other goals.
